The professionals of Dermatology Associates and Ada Aesthetics continually strive to provide the most current diagnostic and therapeutic services, while maintaining their compassion for patient care. Staff

Kim Dauer

Kim Dauer has been with Dermatology Associates/Ada Aesthetics since 2006. As our spa manager, Kim strives to find the most effective combination of in-office and at-home solutions to help our clients achieve their optimal skin health and beauty. Kim graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Political Science in 1997. She received her Esthetic license from The Fremont Academy of Cosmetology and has been practicing in the field of esthetics since 2002, working alongside both plastic surgeons and dermatologists. Kim continues her Medical Esthetics education by regularly attending professional workshops and training seminars in the areas of microblading and permanent cosmetics. As an employee of Dermatology Associates, she is uniquely positioned to stay on top of the latest advances in non-surgical facial rejuvenation such as: cosmetic fillers, Botox, body contouring, and laser treatments. Kim's attentive disposition and vast knowledge of skin care allow her to provide her clients with the best possible treatment in a warm and compassionate environment. Kim lives in Perrysburg with her husband, Chris, and their two cats.

Lee Ann Bates

A native of the Toledo/Perrysburg area, Lee graduated from St. Ursula Academy in 2004. Lee graduated from Kent State University, earning a Bachelors degree in Fine Art in 2008. Lee began her career at Dermatology Associates in 2005 as a receptionist during summer and winter breaks from college. Ada Aesthetics opened in 2008 and Lee help launch the Aesthetic division of Dermatology Associates. She began her work for the spa as a receptionist as well as a cosmetic specialist. In 2013, Lee earned her esthetic license from the Salon Professional Academy. Being a classically trained artist, Lee’s talents effortlessly transitioned to the work of cosmetic dermatology. Lee provides custom facials, SkinMedica chemical peels, Diamond Glow facials, and microfacials treatments. Lee is certified in several types of permanent make up and specializes in eyebrow microblading and permanent eyeliner. She also specializes in lash lifts, eyelash extensions, and special occasion make up. Lee has an eye for detail, a vast knowledge for skin care and aesthetics. She offers complimentary skin analysis as well and Botox, laser, and dermal filler consultations and loves helping her clients achieve their beauty goals of becoming their best selves.

Kristin Saner LPN

Kristin has been with Ada Aesthetics since 2017. She originally began she journey with Dermatology Associates as a patient! Kristin had always loved the staff and environment, so she feels very fortunate to be able to be a part of our team here at Ada Aesthetics. Kristin is an LPN, graduating from Northwest State. She offers a variety of services at Ada Aesthetics including: laser hair removal and body sculpting. Kristin loves in Defiance with her husband, Scott. They have 3 grown children and one grandchild.

Jordan Allemang

Jordan is the newest addition to our ADA team. As a stay at home mom of 3, Jordan went back to school in 2019 and obtained her advanced esthetics license. She began working in the field in 2020, opened her own business, and was independent esthetician for 3 years. During this time she focused on and specialized in lash extensions, full body waxing (mainly Brazilians), and facial services. She is joining us full time and began a new chapter in her career. Jordan is passionate about bringing confidence to the industry and feels self care is a necessity to support mental health. She will be offering facials, full body waxing, lash extensions, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and Diamond Glows.

Jordan is originally from Bowling Green, Ohio and graduated from Otsego High School in 2008. She now resides in Perrysburg with her 3 kids Charlotte, Cameron, and Cecelia, and fur babies Ella, Oscar, and Chip. She recently got married to her husband in December of 2023 and began yet another wonderful chapter. When not working or in mom mode, she loves traveling, spending time with her family, listening to music, relaxing at home, adventuring to parks, nature preserves, and spending time outdoors. She can’t wait to meet you and provide top notch services to help you feel right at home.
